Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you use kart.menu and when you buy a menu on it. kart.menu is operated by EFIRITY PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore(UEN 202402844G), 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("we", "us"). By paying for a menu you agree to these terms.

1. What kart.menu does

You photograph or upload your paper menu, or paste a link to it. kart.menu reads it with AI and makes a digital menu in the languages you choose, with a QR code, a printable PDF and a table card. You see a free, watermarked preview and check what we were unsure of before anything goes live. You do not need an account.

2. What you buy

A one-time digital product: one published menu at its own kart.menu address, its QR code, the menu as a PDF and the table card, ready to print. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. A paid menu stays online with no further payment for as long as kart.menu operates.

Changes to a live menu are included for a period after it goes live, shown in the generator. After that, a small fee, shown before you pay, opens changes again for a limited time. Changes appear behind the same QR code.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. A menu costs US$1 for its first page; longer menus cost a little more for the extra pages. The total is shown before you pay, and you are charged that amount in US dollars (your bank may convert it to your own currency). You pay once, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the menu goes live at its address and the QR code, the PDF and the table card can be downloaded on the same page. If the menu does not appear after you paid, write to support@kart.menu and we will deliver it or refund you.

5. Refunds

If the menu we made is unusable and we cannot fix it, we refund the full payment. For example: large parts of your menu are missing, prices are wrong and cannot be corrected in the generator, or the menu's link or QR code does not work.

We may take a refunded menu offline. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Your menu content and acceptable use

7. AI readings and translations

Menus are read and translated by AI, which can make mistakes. We mark what we are unsure of, but you are responsible for checking dish names, prices, allergens and diet labels before the menu goes live and for keeping them correct. Allergen and diet information on a menu is the venue's responsibility to guests.

8. Liability

We work to keep kart.menu and your menu online and correct, but we provide the service as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or business, and our total liability for a menu is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. The terms in force when you paid apply to that payment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
